Here are some frequently asked questions compiled by us for your reference:

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this stage but we are in the process of arranging this

Q: Do you offer tracking information?
A: Yes we do, once the ordered product has arrived in South Africa, you receive full tracking information.

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: Yes we do at additional cost.

Q: What happens if I don't take shipping insurance?
A: If your parcel gets lost in transit you do not get the item replaced and lose your money.

Q: What happens if I have insurance and a parcel is misplaced?
A: If you've taken out insurance, your product is covered to the full value and will be replaced at no extra charge. Unfortunately this does entail a re-order which does increase delivery times.
